The Position
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager, to join our expanding Digital team with the following main responsibilities:
• Work closely with digital account managers and actively contributing to the development and management of digital marketing plans
• Develop, implement and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Daily monitoring of analytics tools and digital advertising campaigns
• Campaign optimization on daily basis, to ensure the achievement of client objectives
• Setting up tracking methods and optimizing Google Analytics and pixel
• Discover, propose and execute new tactics if necessary
• Prepare and present performance reports to clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
• Make projections to identify growth opportunities and projects’ development
• Actively participating in meetings with the client and confident to undertake clients’ consultation regarding their performance marketing plans, along with the digital account manager
Candidate Profile

Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
• At least 2-4 years of experience in an advertising/digital/marketing agency managing various digital projects/accounts
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, advertising platforms, digital media tools, techniques, tactics, and Digital Analytics tools
• Proven track record of building digital marketing media plans and reporting
• Excellent communications skills both in Greek and English
